ARTIST: PEZHMANN MOKARY

Artist: Pezhmann Mokary is an inspiring artist and collaborator. He currently lives in Denmark and painted this embellishment of Gunter's dream from our series "Not So Nazis" It looks very politically charged at first, but this is a recurring dream that Gunter has of his biggest hero "Marky Mouse" (copyright adjusted!) shooting him in the head. Gunter and his friends have conspired to leave the Reich for some time, and the closer they get to the reality of it, his dreams become more and more intrinsic. This was the most lucid chapter of the story, and the intensity builds, as Gunter tries to get a message off to the French Resistance with his carrier pigeon Romeo. Proceeds from "Not So Nazis" go to Holocaust Education Trust.
